Bronze Medallion - Sunday 9:30 AM (Jul 3 - Jul 12)
Bronze Medallion teaches an understanding of the lifesaving principles embodied in the four components of water rescue education: judgment, knowledge, skill, and fitness. Bronze Medallion challenges the candidate both mentally and physically. Judgment, knowledge, skill and fitness – the four components of water rescue – form the basis of Bronze Medallion training. Candidates acquire the assessment and problem-solving skills needed to make good decisions in, on and around the water. Bronze Medallion is a prerequisite for Assistant Lifeguard training in Bronze Cross.
Bronze Cross - Sunday 9:30 AM (Jul 18 - Jul 26)
Bronze Cross is designed for lifesavers who want the challenge of more advanced training, including an introduction to safety supervision. The Lifesaving Society’s Bronze Cross begins the transition from lifesaving to lifeguarding and prepares candidates for responsibilities as Assistant Lifeguards. Candidates strengthen and expand their lifesaving skills and begin to apply the principles and techniques of active surveillance in aquatic facilities. Bronze Cross emphasizes the importance of teamwork and communication in preventing and responding to aquatic emergencies.
Bronze Star - Sunday 9:00 AM (Aug 9 - Aug 30)
Bronze Star is a pre-Bronze Medallion training program that helps to prepare candidates for success in Bronze Medallion. The Lifesaving Society’s Bronze Star develops swimming proficiency, lifesaving skill and personal fitness. Candidates refine their stroke mechanics, acquire self-rescue skills, and apply fitness principles in training workouts.
Standard First Aid Recert - Saturday 9:30 AM (Jul 25 - Jul 25)
This course includes comprehensive training covering all aspects of first aid, CPR, and AED use. Whether you need training for employment or simply want to be prepared to respond to life-threatening emergencies, this course will give you the skills and knowledge to act with confidence. You will learn lifesaving skills such as CPR/AED and obstructed airway procedures to respond to adult, child, and infant emergencies.

Build your strength while working all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This sculpting class incorporates traditional weight-room exercises and compound exercises to tone your full body using resistance like dumbbells, bands and your own body weight to challenge you. All-Levels.
