Tennis - Learn To Play - Beginner - Tuesday 5:15 PM (Jul 8 - Jul 29)
This program is for those who have had no or minimal instruction and would like to learn the sport. Weekly sessions will focus on practicing fundamental skills, reviewing the rules, an overview of the scoring system, match etiquette and more with knowledgeable instructors. Classes will incorporate a mix of drills designed to help you progress quickly plus game play in a fun, social environment.

Participate in fun, weekly organized games in a social setting supported by Tennis BC. Match play will vary from week to week and is for those at a beginner level. Games may be conducted as singles or doubles. Please bring your own racquets. Balls are provided.

Beach Ultimate combines elements of Football, Soccer, and Basketball. Supported by Kelowna Ultimate Players Society (KUPS), this 4-on-4 co-ed adult Beach Ultimate League is a non-contact team sport that is straightforward to learn and can contribute to physical fitness. Whether you have experience with multiple disc throws or are just starting to practice your first 'huck,' you are welcome in our leagues. Join in on the fun and get into the Beach Ultimate spirit!For beginner players looking to play in a Beach Ultimate League but are not yet on a team.
Swimmer 9 – Star Patrol - Monday 11:00 AM (Aug 18 - Aug 29)
Star Patrol challenges swimmers with a 300m timed swim, 600m workout and a 25m object carry. Strokes are continued to be refined. Lifesaving skills include use of rescue aids, defense methods, victim removals and supporting a victim in shallow water. First aid focuses on treatment of bone or joint injuries and respiratory emergencies. Once complete, swimmers register into Bronze Star.

Parent & Tot 3 - Seahorse - Monday 11:30 AM (Aug 18 - Aug 29)
Parent & Tot 3 teaches toddlers how to safely enter the water wearing a PFD. They’ll develop underwater skills such as submersion and opening their eyes underwater. ‘Starfish’ floats, ‘pencil’ floats and kicking skills are taught using songs and games.
