Tai Chi Chuan Long Form is suitable for those wanting to learn this traditional form and also for those students who are familiar with Tai Chi Chuan principles and standards and would like to refine their forms. Practice will be done slowly and mindfully to release the power of healing and wellness, building our strength and health from the inside out. Because of the wonderful benefits of Tai Chi you will have better balance and focus while exercising the muscles, ligaments and organs. Qi Gong (Chee Gong) health warm-up exercises will precede each class.
