Intermediater Biking Program - Trailer Option - Tuesday 11:30 AM (Jul 8 - Aug 26)
This intermediate biking program provides options to ride an adult sized tricycle individually or have a family member or support worker pull you in an adult sized trailer. During this class, The group will head out on the Rails with Trails. Participants must be able to ride a bike and be able to ride for the full duration of the class.

Try something new as you start up a hobby drawing or continue on with where you are. Monte will get you started or help you along the way as you create fun pieces with your friends.
Wheelchair Rugby - Wednesday 4:00 PM (Jul 2 - Aug 27)
Wheelchair rugby is a sport designed for people with physical impairments in all four limbs. However, we welcome players of all abilities (age 16+). Participating in wheelchair rugby will teach you how to move a sport wheelchair, catch and throw, and how to take contact from your opponents. Weekly sessions will be in a ’training format’, where participants will engage in aerobic exercise to increase their heart rate, followed by sport-specific drills, and will end off with a scrimmage.
