Getting active and keeping fit is easy in Kelowna!
There are many fitness classes and programs - let our highly qualified staff help you work towards your fitness goals. At the Parkinson Recreation Centre participate in the Circuit Orientation or ask one of our Trainers, who are available at specific times to help with training questions. The City also has many wellness programs available for the mind, body and spirit.
Cycling and Mountain Biking are great ways to keep fit and get around our city. If you are looking to relax, there is no better place than the many beaches on the shores of Okanagan Lake.
Looking for a place to go for a walk? The City of Kelowna has numerous pathways to go for a walk or hike, including the popular Mission Creek Greenway. There are also numerous Provincial and Regional Parks in our backyard.
