Volunteering Opportunities
The Kelowna Community Theatre relies on dedicated volunteers to donate time and skills to the overall function of the theatre. Each and every volunteer is important to the operation of the theatre. There are a variety of positions availabe to volunteer staff on a rotating basis.
- Bartenders
- Mixologists
- Concession
- Coat Check
- Floater
- Ticket-takers
- Usher
- Merchandising
Volunteers are managed by two part-time Front of House coordinators (volunteers). Training takes place once a year and volunteers must work at at least one show within a six-month period. Volunteers are rewarded for their time with an incentive program based on accumulated hours.
