Metered and Reserved Lots
6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday
FREE PARKING – evenings, weekends and holidays!
- Metered lots offer hourly, daily and monthly parking
- Metered lots offer unlimited in-and-out privileges, based on space availability. While valid, your ticket is transferable to any City metered lot or on-street parking. Posted time limits remain in effect.
- Metered lots are FREE for disabled pass holders. Time limits remain in effect.
- Reserved lots are designated for monthly parking from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. Non-reserved hourly parking is not permitted during these times.
- RV, oversized and bus parking is permitted on all metered lots; each occupied stall must be paid for.
- OVERNIGHT CAMPING is not permitted on any City lots.
Parkades
FREE PARKING after hours!
The City of Kelowna operates two parkades with the following rates in effect Monday to Friday:
Library Plaza Parkade
1360 Ellis Street
- Hourly rate - 50¢ Daily rate - $3
- Flat rate $1 after 5 p.m.
- Prospera Place special event rate - $5
- Rates in effect until 8 p.m. Mondays and Fridays and 10 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Clearance: 6'8" (approx. 2 metres)
Chapman Parkade
345 Lawrence Avenue
- Hourly rate - 50¢ Daily rate - $4
- Rates in effect until 6 p.m.
- Clearance: 6'10.5" (approx. 2.1 metres)

On-Street Parking
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday

ECO PASS – Free parking for hybrid vehicles
 Purchase a ticket from a “Pay & Display” meter. Your ticket must be displayed face up on your windshield. - While valid, your ticket is transferable to any City metered lot or other on-street parking. Posted time limits remain in effect.
- 30-minute, one-hour and two-hour time limits are in effect at various locations. You will be subject to an Over Time Parking Ticket if you exceed the posted time limit.
- Posted time limits double on Saturdays.
- For longer term parking, choose a City parkade.
- ALL on-street parking stalls are FREE for disabled pass holders. Time limits remain in effect.
- Parking is not permitted on any downtown street between the hours of 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. due to street cleaning and snow removal.
