2012 Augie Ciancone Memorial Award Recipient
Olivia Johnson
Considered to be one of the most dominant female athletes ever to attend Immaculata High School, Olivia Johnson clearly loves sports. And not just one or two of them, but multiple sports. Since starting at Immaculata, she’s been on at least four sports teams every year.
In 2012 she helped her volleyball team place second in Provincial A competition and was captain of the Senior Girls Basketball team. In cross-country running she won the Senior Girls City Championship and in soccer, she was team captain both for the school team and on her Kelowna United team. Olivia is also active with the Junior Heat basketball team and has been awarded multiple game MVPs and plays on the U21 PCSL women’s soccer team.
At school, she’s part of the executive on student council as secretary and event organizer and volunteers coaching the grade 8 girl’s basketball team.
On top of all this, Olivia still finds time to study and holds a perfect 4.0 GPA.
