Okanagan Symphony Orchestra - Viennese Waltz
This traditional Viennese New Year's concert showcases arias and ensembles from the magical operettas of Lehar and Strauss featuring The Merry Widow and Die Fledermaus, as well as the great song tributes to Vienna. We are delighted to share the stage with soloists from the renowned UBC's Opera Division which has launched singers into careers all over the world. The great waltzes of the Strauss family will have us lilting our way home after the last effervescent strains of this bygone era have faded away.
