Public Consultation
Two public open houses were held for the project during the Preliminary Design Phase where residents were invited to come out, view the concept plans, help identify issues and inform the design process.
The first open house was held on July 2, 2009 at Rotary Park Beach for residents to view designs and comment on the conceptual plan.
Since that time, consultants, Site 360 and MMM Group working with the City unveiled the detailed drawings for the Lakeshore Multi-use Corridor to over 200 residents at an open house held on October 22, 2009.
A final public information session was held June 2, 2010 at St. Paul's Church for residents to view the final design drawings and learn the schedule of construction.
Visit the document centre to view preliminary and detailed design plans shown at the open houses.
