Pandosy Centre Parking
With the development of the Tutt Street Place social housing project, parking in the Pandosy Street Public Parking Lot will be reduced by 21 stalls temporarily and result in the permanent loss of 44 stalls.
As part of the City's commitment to no net loss parking in this area, the City has designated 97 free parking stalls in the Pandosy Town Centre to accommodate area business owners and customers during this transition period.
Parking is available at:
2728 Pandosy Street, corner of Osprey Ave & Pandosy St
582 Osprey Avenue
Pandosy Street Public Parking Lot (25 stalls)
Lane West of Pandosy Steet, access via Cedar Avenue
Once construction is complete 21 parking stalls will be reopened at the Pandosy Street Parking Lot for a total of 46 parking stalls. For more information on parking in this area, please see the Pandosy Centre Parking Guide .
City Council approved funding to complete a parking analysis to address the growing parking demand in the Pandosy Town Centre. The results will be incorporated into a public process to determine a long-term parking strategy that meets the needs of this growing area.
Currently, a parking study is underway to collect data that will be used as part of a comprehensive long-term parking strategy for the Pandosy Town Centre. On August 5 the City hosted an open house where the public came out and discussed parking options and provided feedback.
