Bike Maintenance

Regular maintenance is important to keep your bike rolling smoothly and safely. Your local bike shop is a great place to go for seasonal tune ups and maintenance. It is also important to understand some maintenance basics for when you are out on the road.

If you are a new cyclist, talk to your local bike shop about whether they offer maintenance clinics.  Local Recreation Centres may also provide workshops on basic maintenance.
