Kelowna is strategically located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada’s western-most province. Located about 150 kilometres north of the United States border and 400 kilometres east of Vancouver, Kelowna is easily accessible from the northern, southern, and western branches of Highway 97. The largest of four major Okanagan centres – the others being Vernon, Penticton, and Salmon Arm – Kelowna is home to about 105,000 people.
