Hospital area residents are invited to get involved in guiding long-term growth of the Health District. With the hospital parking strategy now complete, and the accompanying transportation plan in progress, next steps include assessing regulations to identify appropriate long-term land use of the Health District and area east of Pandosy Street.

Join City of Kelowna and Interior Health staff at an open house to discuss future land use needs of your neighbourhood on:

Thursday, May 24
4-6:30 p.m.
Clinical Academic Campus Lecture Theatre, 2312 Pandosy Street

“Kelowna General Hospital has expanded significantly over the last few years, presenting an opportunity to review livability in the surrounding neighbourhood,” says Melanie Steppuhn, Land Use Planner at the City of Kelowna. “We encourage area residents to get involved as we plan for potential redevelopment of the Hospital District.”
