Closure on Rose Avenue starting Wednesday

March 23, 2021

Beginning Wednesday, March 24, Rose Avenue between Richter and Ethel streets will be closed as part of utility work taking place on Ethel Street. The work is anticipated to be complete on Friday March 26, weather depending.

Ethel Street between Rose and Raymer avenue’s remains closed to accommodate construction of the Ethel Street Active Transportation corridor. Motorists will be detoured north on Ethel Street when travelling west on Rose Avenue and detoured east on Rose Avenue when travelling south on Ethel Street.

The City of Kelowna and construction workers appreciate the patience of residents, businesses and motorists during construction.
