Kelowna Pipe Band 100 Anniversary Celebration (Spring Fling)

The Kelowna Pipe Band is hosting the annual Spring Fling Competition weekend on May 6th, 2023. This competition weekend brings in about 10 different pipe bands from across the Interior of BC, including the Okanagan, Shuswap, Thompson, and Kootenay regions.   There will be a parade of all the bands on Saturday with a large mass band forming to parade downtown. After the Parade, each band will be providing a performance piece (a medley of tunes) on Island Stage where they will be judged/adjudicated on their performance. Both of these events are open to the public to watch/attend.
