The Procurement Management Supervisor is responsible for the strategic management of select procurement programs throughout the City. To see beyond the immediate term realities, anticipate needs and provide recommendations to most effectively manage spending as an organization. Manage staff and the procurement function overseeing all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, contracting, strategy, and tool and process implementation associated with the Operations Division.
