Pesticide Notification Registry

PesticideSpraying.jpgThe City of Kelowna has established a Commercial Pesticide Notification Registry for residential property owners who wish to be informed when commercial spray operations (using pesticides including herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and rodenticides) are occurring on abutting residential properties. The registry is for residents within the City of Kelowna only.

Notification only applies when commercial spray operators are applying pesticides to residential properties, and is not applicable if a resident or neighbouring agricultural property is applying the pesticides.

Registration

Registration is now open for 2012. Please make sure to register by March 15 each year.

You will be asked to provide your name, phone number and address, including your postal code.
