The Service Request System makes it easy for citizens to request a broad range of services, and now it's even easier to connect on the go!

The City has now launched an easy to use mobile version of the Service Request system. This mobile version allows residents to submit service requests on the go from a smartphone. It includes a map to drop a pin at a specific location, as well as the option to upload a photo of the specific request.

Previously, residents could place service requests online.

How to use

To access the Mobile SR site, enter kelowna.ca/mobileSR into the browser on your smartphone or scan the QR code in the top right corner with a QR code reader on your smartphone.

The Mobile SR site will work on the majority of smartphones and smart devices, including: iPhones, androids, Blackberries, as well as iPads, and other tablets.
