Celebrating Over 50 years
On September 13, 2012 1962, the town of Kelowna had about 15,000 residents and a brand new theatre. From the beginning, the Kelowna Community Theatre has truly been "the community's theatre" with citizens playing a big role in its funding and construction. Today, the small town has grown into a thriving, vibrant city with a theatre that has celebrated over 50 years of live entertainment
Kelowna's finest performers including Ballet Kelowna, the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra, the Theatre Kelowna Society, Wentworth Music, Dance City Academy, Robert Fine and many more call the Kelowna Community Theatre home.
Over the years the auditorium has been filled with some of the biggest acts in the music industry like the Legendary Randy Bachman or Pop Singer Carly Rae Jepsen
