McKinley Road Improvements
Construction is now complete on the safety improvements for McKinley Road.
The project features include:
- 3.5 metre wide travel lanes
- 1 metre shoulders
- precast concrete road side barriers on the reservoir side
- increasing the curves around the reservoir
A Public Information Session was held September 27 to review the design, construction schedule, and emergency and traffic management plans.
The construction was awarded to OK Excavating for $458,000. Council endorsed the project earlier this year.
