Note: Irrigation system assessments are not intended to replace maintenance and service provided by professional irrigation companies. The Water Smart program does not repair or install irrigation systems. We do, however, show you where you can become more efficient with your system and where repairs/improvements could be made. This is a free service for customers of the City of Kelowna Water Utility only.

Irrigation Assessments begin towards the end of April, depending on the season.
