Council meeting agendas and packages are posted on the Thursday afternoon for the following week's meetings. Meeting minutes are posted by meeting date once adopted (usually the week following the meeting).

Public Notice
Public Hearings and Tuesday Regular Meetings provide an opportunity for residents to speak to Council on development applications. The following applications will be considered during the next Tuesday evening meeting of Council at 6pm in Council Chambers.
Residents may also provide written comments by mail, email or drop-off to the Office of the City Clerk, 1435 Water Street Kelowna, B.C. V1Y 1J4. Please reference the application number and include your name and civic address on your correspondence. All correspondence received one day prior to the meeting will be copied, circulated to Council, and made available to the public and form part of the public record.
