Pay by Phone Parking
Pay by cell phone parking is convenient, easy and secure:
- Pay by phone to park in any City metered parking lot. No need for any change.
- Pay for exactly the number of minutes you wish to park.
- Call back any time to extend your parking session.
- Receive a text reminder message 10 minutes prior to the expiry of your parking session.
- Log-in to your own personal online account to view your parking transactions and print receipts.
How Does It Work?
All City parking lots now offer Pay by Phone.
First time users simply need to set up an account. You can do this by calling 250 861-1971 or sign up online. To set up an account you will need:
- Mobile phone number
- Credit card (we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express)
- The license plate of your car(s)
The next time you call, your details will be automatically recognized and all you have to do is enter the time you want to park and the location number on the parking meter.
Each transaction is charged on a per-minute basis. The parking fee, plus a service charge of 35 cents, is then billed to the credit card that you register with us.
If you’re an existing Verrus user, you can automatically use the service.
