Downtown Parking

Holiday Saturdays
Downtown shoppers can park for free on Saturdays over the holiday season (on-street metres and City-owned lots).

Parking Tickets
Municipal parking tickets are issued by City Bylaw Enforcement Officers and by Kelowna Parking. Kelowna Parking is responsible for the City’s 18 pay lots and 1,250 parking meters. City Bylaw Enforcement Officers enforce all regulated free parking.
Pay by credit card through the City's secure online payment system.
Eco-Pass
Are you environmentally conscious? Do you drive a hybrid fuel-efficient vehicle? Register with the City of Kelowna to qualify for your Eco-pass and park for free at any on-street parking meters in downtown Kelowna. Normal parking and time restrictions apply.
Pay by Phone Parking
No need for change. Pay by Phone to park at any City metered lots. Receive a text reminder message 10 minutes prior to the expiry of your parking session.
