In 2009, the City of Kelowna received 465 entries! The panel of judges were very impressed with the increase in numbers of posters almost 3 times as many as 2008. A big heartfelt thank you is extended to all participating teachers and schools for promoting this opportunity to your students. The winner of the 2009 poster contest was Larkin Warren.
