The City of Kelowna's Stewardship Program provides funding, equipment, expertise and administration to encourage groups and individuals to partake in environmental initiatives.
Stewardship: "the act of responsibly managing and caring for natural resources in order to conserve, preserve and protect those resources for present and future generations"
