Strategic Land Development Projects  

The Special Projects section of the Real Estate & Building Services Department is responsible for inter-departmental and public coordination of major initiatives involving City lands. The goal is to use City land-based assets to promote long term planning objectives such as affordable housing, increased open space, downtown revitalization, residential concentration in town centres and promotion and development of the Cultural District.
